We are promised lots of rain this week-end to break our severe drought conditions. At 11am on Saturday there are a few clouds in the sky but none are threatening.
Watch this space - lol.
How can we thank you enough?
Your generosity truly amazes us.
In return we are delighted to promise you on the other side of our world, a wonderful springtime, and and a top summer to follow.
Join our weathercheck group and many more good things are promised.
You'd be lucky!
The searing heat has begun in India and there's nothing better than an ice-cream and a cold shower to beat it at the moment.
Nope..not even the air conditioners! LOL!
Heading to 11am on Sunday and still no sign of rain.
All the very best for your next come all, ice cream under the showers party - lol.
You must be commenting about Auckland's weather! When the prognosticator of meteorological conditions promises rain, it only falls in the Waitakeres forest.

As I well know. I was principal at Laingholm for 5 years and I remember well how often we had to postpone football and netball.
So you've had your fair share of rain in the past. The schools in which I taught were in drier areas.
We're still enjoying an Indian summer with a few sprinkles and very high humidity today.
